The material DuraPulp is a material innovation by the forest

company SÖDRA under its R&D company Södra Innovation.

 

Thanks to its abilities to biodegrade and recycle, it is an exiting

material for sustainable development in a variety of applications.

Rather than doing the expected product, I focused on inspiration

and demonstration of the properties of DuraPulp.

 

The result is a seedpod give-away. A gift that Södra gives away

to clients and guests to inspire and amaze at the abilities the

material holds.

 

Inside the seedpod hides a seed and when the seedpod is planted

in soil, the seed grows and the material degrades.
